We’re always on the hunt for ethical and sustainable beekeepers looking to gain an edge in selling their high quality honey through major domestic channels, as well as retailers and restaurants who hold quality, local produce in the highest regard.

Queenstown

The Wakatipu Basin's unique alpine lake environment creates distinctive pollen patterns. Surrounded by mountains with variable elevations, wind funneling effects, and lake thermal currents, this region experiences concentrated pollen events and extended seasons due to diverse microclimates.

Marlborough

Marlborough’s unique maritime climate, located at 41.3°S, is one of the sunniest and driest regions in New Zealand. The Richmond Ranges and Wither Hills offer natural protection, while cool sea breezes and wide temperature shifts between day and night (diurnal variation) influence both vineyard performance and pollen distribution.

Wanaka

The Wanaka region lies in the heart of Central Otago’s dry interior — a landscape shaped by alpine basins, low humidity, and hot summers. With low rainfall and frequent winds across open plains, this environment intensifies pollen dispersion, making hayfever a seasonal challenge for many residents.
